Information you share
When you inquire, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, message and details about your occasion or hanbok request. Depending on what you select, the form may also include an event date, location, guest count, requested services, garment reference, measurements or how you heard about us.
The website does not offer user accounts or online checkout. Please do not include payment-card details or passwords in an inquiry.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss suitable pieces and services, prepare quotes, and arrange orders or celebrations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Inquiry delivery and other services
The inquiry form sends your submission to Formspree, which processes it and delivers it to Eric by email. Your submission may therefore be held in Formspree and in email records, even though this website does not keep its own database of submissions. Formspree describes its handling of information in its privacy policy.
This website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver each page, Vercel’s servers receive the technical details every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Vercel describes its handling of information in its privacy policy.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google, and Google’s privacy policy describes its handling of those requests.
When you contact us through an external service, such as Instagram, that service also handles your information under its own policy. Links to other websites do not place those websites under this policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not run analytics or advertising scripts and does not set cookies of its own. It saves one setting in your browser for the current visit, so that a dismissed announcement stays closed. Because the website does not track visitors across other websites, it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
